UNISA STUDENT ENQUIRY DESK

Are we sure UNISA is in South Africa and does it have student enquiry working department. I have sent numerous emails to no response and calling is more than corporal punishment. Phone rings and no one answers or that irritating machine with terrible song and voice will play forever. Can UNISA up their game and take its students serious in attending to their disputes please.
