UNISA stole my money

I submitted my request for remarking of 2019 exams in December 2019. They were quick to send me an invoice to pay and I did and send proof of payment. Since then they went silent, not even responding my follow ups on the very same email used earlier. I then sent my complaint in June 2020 to the ombudsman with all the documents and communication, who appointed someone to deal with my case but that person never responded and the ombudsman then gave it to another person in September, who also never responded and even the ombudsman has gone silent till now. My money they took but no results or even communication.
