UNISA STOLE MY MONEY

I paid a registration fee to Unisa for my sister in 2017.She never got study because of further financing her studies.I have been trying to get my registration fee refunded since 2017.They ignore all my emails,calls etc.Its 2019 now and my emails are still not being answered and the unisa phones are still engaged.
