Unisa stole from me....

I registered with Unisa in Jan 2022 for a programme in Project Management. They were very helpful when it came to taking my money but not so much with assisting me as a student with study material to complete my assignments. Assignments were postponed because lectures were on strike due to non payment. (Unisa did not pay the staff) On 30 March 2022 I gave up and sent in my refund request with all supporting documents as per the refund form. Emailed everything to the refund/finance department like I was suppose to. only response I am getting is: "Please send the supporting documents...." These documents are literally attached to every f#%king email I send them. It is impossible to get hold of them on the telephones. NO ANSWERS. Extremely ***********!!!
