Unisa Still No Refund Now it's 3 months of waiting!

What does it take it get hold of Unisa Finance Department. On the 15 August 2018 I faxed them the Refund Application Form with all the required documents never got any response I have tried calling their line which consumes a lot of airtime with no one picking up the line. Then on 09 October I again emailed the Refund Application Form with all the required documents, at least I received an sms with this case number 18283NX01589. However nothing has happened eversince and still their lines will not picked. This is totally sickening.
