Unisa staff incompetence

I made an application for a Masters programme with the School of Business Leadership.Mpho Mazwi called me to email my documents straight to her not upload. I called her to follow up she said she will check.Only to to get a regret that l failed to get admitted because l did not send my documents.When l called for an explanation she said she doesnt know how she ommitted my documents.Very disappointed how l fail to advance my education because of someone s incompetence.
