Unisa staff are *********** and abusive

Today I sent a friend to go and register on my behalf as I had work commitments. I would like to also note that I cannot register on line as every semester without fail - my registration always need a UNISA expert override due to an error in their systems. To this end, I am forced to always go there and get tortured beyond what people should have to endure in trying to get an education. For starters, the staff there does not know what to do to sort my particular problem or anybody's for that matter. So I try to explain to the staff about what they should do because I know it by now from prior experience. This is always met with disdain and an unwillingness to even allow me an opportunity to speak! I was then sent running around in various other departments with a form that apparently has to be signed only to affirm (10 hours later) that I did not need a form, had they just done what I told them to. After all that - no apology is forthcoming from these fools as I fear they know there are no consequences to their behaviour!
