UNISA: Staff and Management incompetence

Poor stakeholder service from UNISA:

1. I have completed all the requirements to obtain my qualification, but the status on my academic record says my qualification is not complete. This is due to the delays in qualification audits 2. I was incorrectly charged (R276*2 = R534) on my student account. I have sent several email to enquire about this, but no one at Unisa cares to respond
