Unisa should be embarrassed

Unisa in Rustenburg is a horrible place to look for assistance. They let you wait at a self service desk whilst there is nobody occupying the platform. The people that assist are rude and does not assist at all. Do yourself a favor and just do not start studying at Unisa at all.
