Unisa - shattering futures

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from Unisa. I am a final year student who could have completed my degree this year, but due to the lack of service at Unisa, this is not possible. I submitted and paid for a request to remark a module in January 2020. I've been invoiced, but received no marks for the remark request. I registered for the 2nd semester long before registration closed, I paid for said registration long before cut-off time and is left with a credit on my account and still have not been registered. Exams start in a month's time and I have no idea when assignments are due. I also received a sub in January that I should have been writing in the 2nd semester, but nothing is loaded on my profile to continue.

I exhausted all avenues to try and resolve this. Not one of the numbers on the website are being answered. The numerous e-mails I sent has also been left unanswered.

I have no idea how to get them to action my paid registration. Please help.
