Unisa service very poor

I tried to register for my last semester to get my degree, but had to wait for the previous semester's results. On the 8th of August I registered and the registration has been pending ever since then. I emailed Unisa with no response. I tried to phone, but the line is either congested or no one answers (after holding on for 2 hours and 30 minutes)
