UNISA Service Sucks !!!!

Is Unisa not supposed to make it easy for people who are working and can't get to a university !?!?! I have been studying via them from 2012 and I've only had trouble. I work and I can't go to the branches whenever I have a problem.<br> <br> There are hundreds of numbers online, but they just ring, or someone picks up and puts it down immediately!!!<br> <br> You fax and email them and sms them, but you hear nothing back from them !!!!<br> <br> How are you supposed to resolve problems if you can't correspond with them ?? I know many other people who study via UNISA and they have the same problem. Even if you google UNISA problems a whole list op complaints pops up from people complaining about the same issue.<br> <br> I have been trying to register for more than 2 weeks now, online and via fax, but I am still not registered !!!<br> <br> If we struggle like this, how do the people from abroad struggle?!?!?! Like my sister, how will she sort out problems with a deadline ?!?!?!<br> <br> UNISA is absolutely pathetic when it comes to correspondence and it makes me want to move to another institution, because who wants to struggle year round with non stop problems !!!
