Unisa service is non existent - nobody ever answers the phone but yet they get paid

Unisa is pathetic - they have a phone number ***and nobody ever answers the phone yet people are being paid top notch salaries for never working - much like the rest of every other public service. Only I ****ing pay for this ****. You are expected to pay but you can never get any service - this is ridiculous
