UNISA service Delivery Freedom Mboweni

I app**** for module credit in January.A man by the name of Freedom Mboweni is who I was sent to and promised be that this would be resolved in a month.Its August and still have gotten no help.You call him He does not answer if you call with a number he does not know he answers whether office or personal phones,no responses via email either.In other word this is deliberately not assisting.For any employed out there please do not hire anyone from who worked at UNISA.They are useless employees.That university has a culture of disregard.
