UNISA selling outdated degrees

I am in the Health and Safety insudtry and need to get a degree behind my name to register with the SACPCMP in order to continue practicing. I enrolled for a Risk Management degree and when I received the training material I saw that it was last updated in 2005 and was teaching us about NOSA and their 5-star rating system NOSA was liquidated in 2005 and lost its accreditation, including its 5-star grading system. I decied to contact UNISA to tell them I want my money back because this degree is useless-without success... I contacted the Dept of eduction and then the Dept of higher education who informed me to contact the SACPCMP. The SACPCMP told me to finish the degree. His words to me was \as long as you have a degree"regardless whether the degree was useless or not. This is the country we live in. I must have a degree to register with the SACMCMP and they dont care what you know"
