Unisa seems to be on the verge of collapse

As I'm writing this, I know UNISA doesn't give a hoot, they used to be one of the TOP distance learning institutes in South Africa, now, its a bunch of people, getting fat salaries that's permanently on vacation and everything gets blamed on Covid-19. When I enrolled in 2019, I send and email about not receiving my student card for that year, it is now 2021 and I only now received an automated response for that request... 2 years later! I am also a funded studed with NSFAS, Unisa is slow or non responsive in sending documents over to NSFAS, thus, its march now and I still have no idea whats going on with my registration this year. I registered 9 modules for the 2021 academic year, 4 of those 9 were just completely removed from my registration, gone, ****, into the wind, there is no answer on whats going on, no emails, no phone calls, but they are quick to spam email you about some ridiculous election thats taking place that no student cares about. UNISA, I wish you would honestly get your **** together, its been taxing on all distance learning students, and youre just racking in the dough without doing anything that would give you the right to be called a learning institution. I know you wont reply on this complaint, why would you, I just hope to God I get to finish my qualification before this entire university collapses.
