UNISA *****s your money - No communication

I have gone through the process of applying and accepting the offer to study. I paid the deposit. But now I cannot log in. I have logged many tickets requesting help and more info on the course as well as what the semester dates are and more info of such. Everything goes unanswered. Now I am wondering if I will even be able to see my modules and if I will be able to actually access anything and learn. Unisa feels like a **** and I have just lost a big amount of money to them. Looking at legal options now because my money has been ****** at this point.
