Unisa- Response Time- Disgracefully

I have been waiting for a mark for an exam paper that I requested and paid for to be remarked. This Exam paper was for the October/ November 2019 exams. it is almost 12 moths now and I still have not received my mark. I am on the final semester of my undergrad degree and if I do not get my results for that paper soon, it may cost me another year to complete my degree.
