Unisa remark and purchase of scripts

App**** to purchase my scripts in December 2020 it's been a month since then. No reply after numerous emails. All payments and documents required were sent to them. We are writing exams in 1 week and how can a person pass if you don't even know where your mistakes are. There are numerous students still waiting for remark and purchase of scripts from 2019. Its like Unisa doen not want us to succeed and just take our money. Futhermore this year UNISA does not want to show how they allocated our marks for paper 1 and two. How will I person know which learning units to focus on and usually they give us a memo which they also not want to do this year. I Futher feel unisa is being heartless to students as this is our future and do not take into account which is best for the students only for themselves.
