KEEP ANNONIMOUS I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has deeply affected me and several other students at university of South Arica. It pertains to the recent failure of the university's app, which has resulted in disciplinary pending and our absence from exams, without any prior communication or notification from the university.

I am a dedicated and conscientious student who always endeavors to fully participate in all academic activities and adhere to the rules and regulations set by the university. However, the malfunction of the university app has caused severe disruption and confusion in the recent examination process. It is unjust and unfair that several of us have been subjected to disciplinary proceedings and marked absent from exams due to circumstances beyond our control.

It is my understanding that as students, we rely on the university's app to receive updates, notifications, and important information related to academic matters. Unfortunately, the failure of the app has not only resulted in our inability to access essential information but has also jeopardized our academic standing and caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.

I kindly request your immediate attention and intervention to rectify this situation. Specifically, I urge you to take the following actions:

1. Release the results: Considering that the app failure was not our fault, it is vital that the university promptly releases our exam results, taking into account the efforts and hard work put forth by the affected students throughout the semester. Our academic progress should not be impeded due to a system failure that was beyond our control.

2. Clarify the disciplinary actions: It is imperative for the university to provide a clear and concise explanation regarding the disciplinary proceedings initiated against us. We demand transparency in understanding the basis of these actions and expect a fair assessment, taking into account the extenuating circumstances caused by the app failure.

3. Improve communication channels: To prevent a recurrence of such a situation, I sincerely request the university to review and strengthen the communication channels. It is crucial that the university adopts a reliable and robust system that ensures uninterrupted communication with students, preventing any future academic disruptions and misunderstandings.
