Unisa Registration WOWS

My wife has been trying on numerous occasions to register at UNISA to complete her degree, it gives her an error. She has sent a request online to UNISA, still no response, tried calling, no answer. So she decided to go through to the UNISA office in Vereeniging , we sat in the queue for 8 hours, only 40 people ahead of us. Our turn came and miraculously the computers were offline, we were given a document signed and stamped by the councilor that we would be attended to as soon as we come in the next day. when we got there, he told us in no uncertain terms that we need to stand in the queue again , when we told him we were from yesterdays group and we had his document, he got very irate and told us stand in the queue to be helped. We walked out, UNISA, you need to set your staffs attitude straight and get them to actually work.
