Unisa registration staff is useless

I know Unisa is notoriously bad at "customer service” but this is just ridiculous!i have been sending mails for the past two weeks and no one has deemed it necessary to provide me with a way forward. i have sent mails to : ****ubje, Tebatso ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** and 'Lifelong Learning(UCL)' ********** who all aknowledge receiving may emails and inform that they would get back to me but, up till today, nothing is happening. The request: Just tell me what the status of my application is so that i can proceed to register. Registration ends in January – that is next week
