UNISA registration ****

I paid for the registration fee in UNISA and they keep claiming that they did not receive it. I then decided to send them a proof of payment to show them I made payments but they decided to ignore me. I followed up this matter by calling their customer service line and all it did was put me through to their machines and telling me to hold until I ran out of airtime. I then decided to call their ethical hotline which showed me that their lines are busy. I went to UNISA office in Johannesburg where I found only a few people in the office and I was referred back to their customer service line.
