Unisa Registration Queries

UNISA is a really frustrating institution. Their registration system has errors that do not make sense and upon attempting to get them to rectify it you get sent around in circles. I have been waiting for assistance since the 5th of January 2021, tried sending countless emails which have all received no response, call centre takes hours for you to speak to an agent and they then refer you to the very same email addresses that have no one responding to them with no alternative when you inform them that you have been waiting for an email response for weeks. This is the third year my registration has issues and in all three years I have received assistance late or even after registration and they then tell you that you cannot add modules after the registration period. The only time you receive quick assistance from Unisa is when it's related to the payment of fees. It's frustrating and this is intended to be my final year with literally 4 modules remaining but here I am once again unable to fully register and with no assistance fro the entire month of January.
