Unisa registration process

I am currently a BCom Honours in Business Management student with Unisa. I registered for my last year of studies online on 27 March 2020. The automated repsonse was that it takes 2 weeks to finalise registration. It is now going on 4 weeks since I last registered and made payment online and, there's nothing finalised.

I have sent multiple emails and made phone calls to the unisa student centre number (***0) there's still no answer. I just want to find out if there's anything outstanding on my end but, no one is responding.
