Unisa Registration nightmare!

I am currently starting my post graduare in human resources at Unisa. I have had years of bad service from them but it seems though its only getting worse. I have registered online on the 3rd of January 2020. No response, resubmitted registration on the 23rd of January. Still showing in progress. Sent an email no response. Phone into their call centre what a waste of time since they could not question relevant department?? WHY HAVE A CALL CENTRE IF NO ONE CAN ASSIST? Last year I had pending registration for a year, I hope this time around it will be processed as the communication at Unisa is non-existent.
