UNISA registration failing us

The shear incompetency of this institution is destroying my potential future. Im a old UNISA student that wanted to continue my studies 8 years later. But as soon as the registration opened I already started experiencing issues that now has resulted in not be able to progress. Something as simple as recovering a old password has decided to prevent my future studies. I emailed 5 different help sites to explain one simple thing "I cant receive my new password on the phone number registered". Hence I cant see if I have been accepted into a course or not. I have tried emailing UNISA since the 1st of September (its the 29th now)....everyday! I have no words to explain what I am going through.
