UNISA Registration

I am unable to register because UNISA states I have library fees outstanding. I DO NOT have any outstanding fees, my account is at R0.00 As a result of this, I am now unable to register and registrations close on Saturday 1 Feb 2020. I have been struggling for a whole week now and can't get through to them or anyone!!!
