UNISA REFUSING TO GIVE MY RESULTS

I have been sending emails after emails to the exams department then an email to the Dean and an email to the lecturers of the module I need assistance with and till today no one has responded.

It has been about a month now since I wrote my exams and still there is one result outstanding. However the surprising part is other students have received their results in that module.

I do not know what’s happening in the back office but this is verging on ridiculous.

Then to top it if the worst part is when u call UNISA the phones don’t even ring it automatically cuts your call. What type of service is this??
