Unisa Refuses to Release my Transcript

I have been trying to get hold of Unisa department of Accounting Studies to obtain my transcript for my Tax certification but no response. I have been sent from pillar to post by their call centre, created a case and followed up with emails but nothing is being done. I face a critical situation that can lead to my MBA degree program to be cancelled due to Unisa failing to release the transcript to my current institution, they require this to be done directly to them and although I have the certificate a transcript is required. I followed all process, submitted ID, DSAR document with student number and case reference number #***7 NOTHING IS DONE, no response! I have been awarded a chance to further my studies only to loose the opportunity because of UNISA so I will never enrolled with thus institution or advise anyone to enrolled with them.
