UNISA REFUND POLICY TIRING

I sent a request for refund beginning of Jan this year and the 15 working days turn-around time they claim to honor has passed. Every week i send emails and no one is responding or saying anything. May i please have my money back. I have submitted all the required supporting documents and no one is saying anything. This is really becoming a waste of time.
