UNISA Refund - No response - **** policy

It is such a pain to deal with UNISA, i app**** to have my refund in September, we are now in November and there is NO RESPONSE from UNISA. The form states the refund will be done in 15 working days, it has been over two month of absolutely nothing. I want my money!!!!
