UNISA REFUND - NO RESPONSE

I have been querying my refund multiple times with the finance department of Unisa,

It's been more than 15 working days, no response from the finance department,

Unisa don't adhered to their 15 day refund policy. If one owes unisa, the finance department is quick to send out statements requesting fees to be paid,

It's unacceptable, I want my money!!!!!
