UNISA Refund?

I submitted a refund request over a month ago, with the required documentation attached, i have been sending emails and attempting to call the finance department to find out when the refund will be paid out.....no response, no feedback. UNISA was quick to add a debit on my account when i queried the cost of a remark, but when i need a refund they ignore your communication! I have since graduated and now want my money back........
