UNISA refund

most *********** university ever. never replies to calls, emails or enquiries. when you go in the office theres no help. good for nothing. if you dont have an issue and youre studying itll go smoothly, but if theres a slight issue, youre doomed, cz youre never getting helped or getting it solved.

i have not registered with unisa but my bursary paid the money and i require a refund so i can pay elsewhere, but its been over a month no one has even acknowledged my email. i tried calling it never gets answered. went to campus they said i must bring all documents again then they will email, instead of giving me the email address to forward it to. this is sickening. my husband has completed his degree but they still havent completed his audit. he has emailed so many times with every proof or document required n they keep saying were processing. unisa will do anything to do nothing and get paid. or avoid the situation or prolong it. goodluck to those just starting their studies with them, im done with their ****.
