Unisa refund

I did a transfer to unisa for my semesters fees. I mistakenly transfered to much I've been trying to get hold of them for 2 months I've sent numerous emails I've phoned on many occasions and can never get hold of anyone that can help me.. It's honestly the worse service I've seen.. When it's time to collect money they ready but when a refund needs to be done no one is interested...
