UNISA Refund

Good Day

I registered for MCOM at Unisa in March 2019 and was advised to pay a minimum of R4200 by the 30 March 2019. Which I did pay.

A week later, my company agreed to sponsor my fees and paid R13275 for the year. So I requested that Unisa refund me the initial R4200 which I paid from my pocket.

Unfortunately they have not paid and it has been TWO months now and still waiting for them to respond.

This is very unprofessional and inconvenient for me as I have plans to use the money.

Please can someone respond and assist?
