Unisa Refund

have requested for a refund from University of South Africa, all they do is send automated emails, nothing helpful, it has been a month now since I claimed my refund and they don't or never pick up the phone, worst service ever, so frustrating . The refund was supposed to take only 15 days but now it over that period. I’m really disappointed. I even went to the Bloemfontein campus to ask help but instead staff was rude and told me to just wait. I want my money back.
