Unisa- Poor Service Delivery

Minimum registration fee has been paid and all documents have been submitted as requested but my registration has not been finalized. I have sent various emails to various people/ departments and no one assisted with resolving this matter. Assignments are right around the corner and I have no access to my study materials. I am beyond frustrated and would like them to refund my registration fee so I can study through another Institution that actually gives support to their students. I would not recommend studying through Unisa at all.
