Unisa poor service

I have been struggling with Unisa to grt my Academic record audited to finalize my qualification. Unisa doesn't answer when I phone them and if I send an email I just get an automated email back. I have over 30 case numbers but nothing is happening and my job is depending on the qualification being completed asap!
