Unisa poor service

After sending numerous emails to Unisa and going to their Sunnyside campus twice for them to transfer credits they told me yesterday 10/11/2020 that I don’t qualify for TAX3701 and TAX3703 because did it too long ago. I find this strange because when I registered for these subjects the system told me that “you already did this subject” and that’s why I didn’t apply for it. Unisa registration system is misleading. Now I must pay again to do these subjects and they are delaying the process for me to graduate. They need to improve their system. They also want me to do FAC1601, I am a final year student and now they want me to do a first-year module. When registering I couldn’t even choose FAC1601 because it was not part of the subjects that I needed to complete. Unisa really needs to get their house in order. You send them emails and no one responds.
