UNISA poor refund process

I have since requested for a refund,received confirmation that my request was received and even provided a case number but it’s now past 15 days of no response or even receiving my refund.I have read many reviews regarding this and expected better from UNISA! The service delivery is the worst!!!!!!when it comes to non-payments they are quick to ensure they receive their money yet when they need to make a simple refund it becomes a hassle.

I have made several follow ups,tried calling but nobody ever picks up! so really!!!!what is it that a person needs to do to get their money back from UNISA.
