UNISA - POOR COMMUNICATION

I want to make an official complaint against Unisa. They have become stagnant and extremely poor in their communication services. I have registered on my Unisa and they have not processed my letter and have taken my fees.

I am so disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
