Unisa pls fix your online system

#blackfriday . I am so disappointed, I app**** for a course online Nd because it was my second attempt, I was not required to upload my documents, then 3 weeks late I get notified that I must upload documents Nd then I did upload them , 2 weeks later I get an email dt my application has been denied cos I did not upload my documents . The phone line is always engaged as for the call center ,I had to hold for hours without assistance...I know there is a lot of us trying to get in but please fix your system
