Unisa PATHETIC service. Do we have to bribe UNISA staff members to perform basic duties?

We had the unfortunate joy to attempt to try to get action out of the Vereeniging branch of UNISA. No entry is allowed to the offices. The person answering the intercom is totally not trained for what she is attempting to do. The only information I required was the account number where money could be deposited by Discovery insurance for my son's studies and a stupid rubber stamp copy on a document. It was clearly to much effort for her to lift her ass and address the problem face to face, much easier to keep shouting that we should get the document stamped online. Do we need to bribe someone to get the basic of all basics done. Three trips to Vereeniging and two trips to Pretoria. What is wrong with the institution. Please contact me on ***
