UNISA - PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION

Since 2015, Unisa has not rep**** to one of my emails. I have: 1. Phoned every number on the website 2. Gone to the office in Bloemfontein where I was given false information regarding application processes and forfeited a study year. 3. Complained about this via email and received no response. 4. Requested official student academic record via email a month ago, to which I recieved not even a response, phone call. 5. App**** for admission application for Mucisology to which I recieved no feedback whatsoever. 6. App**** to Education to which I received no feedback. 7. Just called them now again and was on hold for 7 minutes with no answer whatsoever. I also called 12 different numbers, none of which I had so much as an answer.
