Unisa Pathetic Service!!!

I have been trying to get hold of Unisa. I sent my query to *** I got a response that they only deal with short courses I should send my query to *** which I did. I have been making follow ups but til today no response from I even tried to call them on this number *** tried ***I have been holding for almost 30 minutes without anyone taking my call. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!1 I'm soooo disappointed
