Unisa: Pathetic service

For 2 semesters, I have been attempting to apply to study at UNISA. I completed my B Th and wanted to study ABET last year. I was told that UNISA was waiting for placement, whatever that means. In November I received communication that I was not accepted and lodged a complaint to which I received no response just an automated reply (Your case number is 19050NX23308 and Your case number is 19052NX46723). I received an email on 29 Jan 19 stating that there is no space In May 2019, I called UNISA in 4 consecutive days and spent more than an hour on each call but to no avail. Really pathetic! I eventually decided to go to UNISA Parow and I was told that I must just apply online and it will go through. I got back home and app**** to study B Ed and was told that I could not. I sent another email to unisa, study@ and application, and received Your case number is 19133NX33719. The incompetence at unisa is really frustrating and the way we get treated as the Alumni is sad.
