Unisa pathetic service

Good day, I have been struggling to receive my refund from unisa, I paid my minimum registration of R2550 on 28 January 2019 and I was told that I did not pay the minimum registration in February, therefore my registration has been canceled. I then requested for my refund on the 26 February 2019 and I was told it could take 15 business days, I went to unisa in parow directly on the 22 March 2019 and I have still not received my refund or any communication from unisa!
