Unisa - Only study through them if you have no other option

In November 2019 I received a Council Bursary which paid my outstanding balance on my account. A week later, I couldn't access my results as there was a balance reflecting on my account.

I phoned three days in a row until I got through to somebody. The poor person could not help me and referred me to another department, which could not be reached.

I then went to campus to query this, the poor soul who is suppose to be helping students, could not assist me and said she'll send the request to Pretoria.

A week later I went to campus again, the same person told me the same story; she'll send the request to Pretoria.

I emailed the Finance dept twice. I emailed specific people at UNISA, went to campus and till now have no results. I'm a final year student who doesn't know whether I completed my degree or not.

I would never study through them again and would certainly not recommend them to anybody. I studied through Unisa for 5 years and it was a struggle. They have no respect for students, no customer service or customer centricity. Someof the admin staff at the Parow campus are terrible, they are more interested in their phones.
